In terms of preparation, the items needed in the backpack of hiker and trekker are relatively similar, including items such as backpacks, water holders, sleeping bags (cases for many days), medical utensils, … However, because they have to operate at a higher intensity, the items they carry when trekking need high strength and in addition to personal belongings, they also need to bring many specialized utensils to use in some necessary cases.
